2010 ANNUAL RAFFLE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The H.O.J.G.A. Raffle will again be held in 2010 with a new complete set of irons and woods presented to the winner at the Year-End Appreciation Banquet. (Winner need not be present.) The H.O.J.G.A. junior golfer who is top seller will receive a 2011 golf membership at the golf course of his choice within the 7-county area.

In order to keep interest alive, and for juniors to take more personal responsibility in selling tickets for their Association, H.O.J.G.A. will be handling the Raffle procedures as defined below.

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Juniors who become members to play in HOJGA tournaments will accept the responsibility of selling 10 tickets at the time they send in their membership. Each junior will pay a registration fee of $25.00 ($5.00 membership. and $20.00 for 10 raffle tickets). This Registration fee must be paid in one sum ($25.00) and received before any entries are accepted. Sign-ups will not be accepted until the Registration fee of $25.00 is paid.

When HOJGA receives the Registration fee, 10 tickets will be sent to the junior. He may then sell the tickets at $2.00 each anytime, pocket the money, and return the ticket stubs anytime at one of the tournaments or send by mail. More tickets will always be available. The Raffle format will remain the same and the rules will be sent with the tickets.
